Do you supply trademarked branding for my custom TEAM order?

We do not keep other company’s official branding or logos on file. You are responsible for supplying vector art files (i.e. Illustrator/pdf files) to use on any custom gear order. Those files can be sent separately by emailing them to: customerservice@1340gear.com

How is my information Used?

How do you recommend washing this item?

Wash properly in 100° lukewarm water with a light or mild detergent, there should be little or no problem with any synthetic fabric.  Chlorine type bleaches should never be used, as they will weaken synthetic fibers. Mistreatment of shirts and fabrics in drying (after washing) is also a cause of serious discoloration. Proper methods will not cause shrinkage or discoloration under any conditions. If a garment is left in a damp condition for any period of time, the colors can mark off or create stain spots. They should be properly washed and dried immediately.

does 1340 Gear offer free shipping?

1340 Gear only ships to the contiguous United States for Custom Fishing Gear and Fishing Gear. 1340 Gears offers FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous United States. (not including: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico)

what is the normal time frame for my order to ship?

For custom orders - once the proof is approved, our standard production timeline is 10-15 business days. However, order fulfillment may be faster or slower depending on our workload at the time

What is your return policy?

Is the sizing true to fit or does this item run larger than expected?

What type of fabric is used? can I get a fabric swatch/sample?

Our fishing and cycling shirts are made from a 100% microfiber performance polyester moisture-wicking fabric.

PLACE YOUR ORDER

 

After planning out your project, it’s time to place your order for us to begin work.

Visit our Men’s Custom Fishing page

  • Select your style, select your color(s) and size from the drop downs.

  • Add to cart and fill out our ORDER FORM that is located under each product description and email it to us at customerservice@1340gear.com

    This must be done with each order submitted. If you do not submit an ORDER FORM, we will be contacting you with email instructions. Or we may contact you if we need to request different art files or have questions about your order.

  • Submit your order and pay. You will receive an order confirmation number.

  • If you do NOT receive a confirmation email that contains your confirmation number - there was a problem with your submission.

    Your order will not be processed if you do not receive an order confirmation.

  • You will also receive an email for your CUSTOM ORDER

    This will go over instructions for the ORDER FORM attached and instructions for sending in vector art. If you have already sent this form to us, no further actions are needed and customerservice@1340gear.com will be in touch with you about your art files and your order.

proof review &
approval

 
  • Once we have received your ORDER FORM, all logos and permissions needed, your order is sent to the art department. Our highly trained staff then will go to work on your logos and details of your order. The purpose of a proof is to correct any errors so please check over it carefully. We will email you a mock up for your approval with your custom logos uploaded onto our signature styles. If you request changes that exceed two proofs, there is a $15 fee to purchase each additional proof round. Turnaround time for a mock up on designs using custom logos can vary up to 3 to 5 business days.

  • Once the proof is approved. Our standard production timeline is 10-15 business days
